The role

To provide general administrative support to the pastor, church secretary, leadership team, staff and ministry. This is a part time, permanent position, around 24 hours per week, ideally across 3 days per week (flexible). 

Responsibilities:

 

  • First point of contact for the church 

  • Managing daily operations

  • Coordinating, planning, and executing church events

  • Organise church communications and publications

  • Overseeing church facility maintenance

  • Managing church bookings and invoices

  • Provide administrative support in church meetings

  • Building relationships, and

  • Any other duties as required from time to time.
